Inside a prestigious residential complex designed by the American architect Richard Meier, TM Italia sets up an entire building unit designed by the architect Andrea Laudini.
Fine finishes and unique details characterize the entire living space, where the aesthetic and stylistic continuity between the furnishings of the different rooms creates a refined interior design project.
Inside the open space, TM Italia has installed a kitchen with island built on the T45 Evo model and equipped with retractable columns built on the D90 model with inside handle. The doors and fronts of the island in Glossy lacquered Nero Intenso, in contact with the top in Granite Nero Assoluto, mark the geometry of the monolith and linear composition.
In chromatic and material continuity with the living paneling, the boxed doors falling in “Rovere grezzo sabbia” oak wood, on model D90 with inside handle reveal an operative area with side columns in matt lacquered NCS S4005-Y20R realized on concept D90. Here custom details like the inside handles veneered in “Rovere grezzo sabbia” oak wood allow material continuity with the finish of the external doors.
In perfect stylistic continuity with the kitchen, the living room designed by Andrea Laudini presents a paneling in “Rovere grezzo sabbia” oak wood.
The same finish has been used in the corridor that connects the living room to the sleeping area and incorporates the access doors to the rooms. The choice of finishes with the light and natural shades make the living environment refined, clean and linear.
The tailoring and savoir faire of TM Italia become design pluses also in the sleeping area, where different elements are made on design and made to measure. In 16 square meters, surfaces and volumes are designed to maximize every single inch of the room, even taking advantage of the vertical spaces.
An articulated loft structure, built on the D90 concept, makes it easy to get three beds with interior compartments with drawers or flap doors. From the same structure, it is possible to obtain comfortable wardrobes made to order and a staircase with drawers and walkable structure. The different shades of gray are cleverly used in embossed lacquered finishes to give greater depth to the space and elements of the project.
There are two service bathrooms, adjacent to the sleeping area, customized by TM Italia. Here the company, designed by architect Laudini, has created bases for sink on the T45 Evo model with doors and fronts in matt lacquer and “Rovere Materico Sabbia” oak wood, also here in continuity with the day-room finishes.
The important interior design also includes the installation of the white matt laquered ceiling paneling and a wall mirror with lighting inserts.
